ELPC Phone Call Review & Dispute Policy

HOW TO DISPUTE A UNQUALIFIED PHONE CALL

WHAT IS A QUALIFIED PHONE CALL?

A qualified inbound phone call is a direct inquiry from a customer within your service area who is looking for services that you offer. You will only be billed for valid calls, which are defined as anyone who is calling about a service that is on your ELPC service menu. Once in a while, we can make a mistake and accidentally bill you for a call that was outside your service area or for a service that is not on your service menu. If you feel a call should not have been billed, please let us know and we will review the call again.

 

YOU CAN DISPUTE A PHONE CALL, IF:

  • If a customer calls you from outside of your service area.
  • If a customer is not looking for a service(s) you offer.
  • If you are unable to service the customer's appliance brand.

 

YOU MAY NOT DISPUTE A PHONE CALL, IF:

  • If the customer calls you looking for services that you offer.
  • Missed calls (ie. Calls that you do not answer). 
  • Voicemail messages that state the customers need.
  • Qualified calls that you are too busy to handle.

 

WHEN SUBMITTING A PHONE CALL DISPUTE REVIEW, IN ORDER FOR THIS PROCESS TO BE FRICTIONLESS FOR BOTH YOURSELF AND OUR TEAM, PLEASE FOLLOW THE PROCESS EXACTLY AS OUTLINED BELOW:

 

Copy and paste the following subject line format into your email:

To: elpcalls.support@cerebrummarketinggroup.com

Subject: Call Dispute - Your Company Name / Campaign ID

 

***Please note: Phone call disputes that do not follow our subject line format will need to be re-submitted. Dispute reviews are completed within 72 hours of your campaign report date. Our business hours are Monday to Friday, from 10 AM to 6 PM (PST). Please contact our support team for help with your ELPC Business Account. ***

 

Our primary focus is to help you succeed in your business. If any of our call traffic is unqualified, you will not be billed for them and we will continue providing you with exclusive phone calls until your quota has been reached.
