For our staff in the field, you will be equipped with the following safety equipment, keeping you and the customers we serve as safe and healthy as humanly possible:

The following are areas we are going to focus on.
As mentioned previously, we are focused and serious when it comes to monitoring the health of our office staff (if applicable) and our technician(s) in the field. We are taking guidance as outlined by the CDC to limit contact.
So, we will cancel any scheduled team meetings if we become aware of anyone or any family member, friend or other close contacts of our office staff or of our technician(s) exhibiting flu-like symptoms.
Please contact our office staff if you have any upcoming appointments scheduled and you or anyone in your family or in your home are showing signs of any of the symptoms of the Coronavirus, please check this link to the CDC website for signs/symptoms.
Please also advise us if any members in your household have tested positive for the Coronavirus.

With regards to customers who have mobility challenges and may have difficulty changing their HVAC filter, please let us know and we will check and replace any customer-supplied filter during your appointment.
